Refund policy
At Bright Start Supplies, each school supply kit is custom-prepared based on the selected school and grade level. Because we begin assembling your kit as soon as your order is placed, please note the following:
📦 All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is submitted.
This policy is in place because we immediately begin purchasing and preparing your kit as soon as we receive your order.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please email us at info@brightstartsupplies.com within 48 hours of placing your order.
📬 Order Issues
If you receive an incorrect kit or notice missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue and ensure your child is ready for school.
