Shipping policy

We currently offer delivery within the Houston Metropolitan Area only.
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. During peak seasons, delivery may take up to 10 business days. Customers placing orders before August 1st are guaranteed delivery before school starts.
Once your order is out for delivery, we’ll notify you by email. For orders shipped via carrier, a tracking number will be provided.
Please note: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Ownership of items transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or customer.
